Design
For approximately 30 years, Absolute Mechanical was a design/build heating company. In our installations, we used our own design to provide a unique installation to every homeowner, specific to their property’s needs. We have installed efficient and comfortable systems of all kinds from 1 family homes to brownstones to 17 story commercial buildings. Each property has its own specificity which requires attention in the design. We can design a system that is specific for your property and its needs for your engineer, architect, or contractor.
System corrections
Don’t settle for an inefficient or poorly designed system. If you are not happy with an installation done by others and it is not working as promised, reach out to Absolute Mechanical to address your concerns. If other contractors have not been able to address your heating issues, we can certainly fix it.
Design Review
Gennady Tsakh from Absolute Mechanical has over 30 years of designing, installing, and correcting heat systems. If you are not confident in the design that has been provided to you, send it to us for review. We can work on behalf of the homeowner, contractor, or designer to ensure that the practical application will be as good as the theoretical goals.
Local Law 97
All of our installations include heating upgrades to make the system, not just the boiler, more efficient. We can assist in Local Law 97 Compliance without changing the boiler but making corrections to the system operation.
